公司简介

Responsibilities:
1.Provide administrative support, such as meeting & travel arrangement, document filing,          visitor reception, etc;
2. Responsible for all the process arrangements of workshop and visitors, including taxi, hotel reservation, etc;
3. Liaise with, coordinate and supervise all office suppliers to ensure normal operation of the workshop;
4. Organize activities such as company celebrations, anniversary dinners, outings, etc;
5. Handle other administrative affairs, such as: issue invitation letters, working visa and business visa application etc;

6. Assist the commissioning team manager & After Sales supervisor with the preparation of customer documents such as gate passes and site formalities;

7. Any other administrative activities reasonably requested by the management;

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree with relevant admin experience;
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office 2013 or later ;
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills;
4. Ability to work flexibly and independently under pressure and a good team player;
5. Organizing ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time;
6. Open and confident, self-motivated and proactive;
7. Good communication skills in spoken and written English;
