岗位职责
1) 接受顾客咨询，为顾客提供专业的商业地产资讯服务；
2）根据客户需求为客户提供合适的铺位信息，陪同客户看铺，促成业主与客户之间买卖或租赁交易的达成；
3）进行买卖或租赁交易过程的跟进及交铺手续办理等服务工作。

职位要求
1）高中及以上学历，至少具备1年以上工作经验，本科学历可降低至应届毕业生；
2）22-35周岁，身体健康，形象端正，对房产销售工作感兴趣，具备较强的事业心。
