职位描述：
1、负责客户的接待、咨询工作，为客户提供专业的商业地产咨询服务；
2、陪同客户看铺，促成买卖或租赁业务；
3、负责公司房源开发与积累，并与业主客户建立良好的业务协作关系。
任职资格：
1、年龄在20—30周岁，高中以上学历；
2、诚实守信，吃苦耐劳，具有良好的团队精神；
3、能承受较强的工作压力，愿意挑战高薪；
4、普通话流利；
5、熟悉花都片区环境，有房地产销售或其它推销经验的优先；
6、纪律性强，普通话流利；
7、有事业心，上进心强，刻苦耐劳，能承受较大的工作强度和压力；
