岗位工作职责：
1、负责客户的接待、咨询工作，为客户提供专业的商业地产咨询服务；
2、陪同客户看铺，促成购铺意向；
3、负责公司铺源开发与积累，并与业主、客户建立良好的业务协作关系
4、接受客户异议和意见，及时上报，并协助销售主管处理
5、积极寻找开发新客户，拓展销售渠道，完成销售指标
6、做好销售统计工作，按规定填报各项表格并提交
7、协助其他销售做好销售接待工作
8、维护企业形象和楼盘形象，严格保守商业秘密
9、完成领导交办的其他任务

职位要求：
1、形象好，气质佳、语言表达能力强和学习能力强
2、热爱房地产销售行业，懂计算机操作，有无经验均可，应届毕业生也可
性别不限，年龄：20—30岁；
3、品行端正，有上进心，学习能力强；
4、勇于挑战自我、挑战高薪；
