Responsible for managing Cost Engineering and VAVE activities for cost competitiveness and cost leadership

1、Leading and coordinating with cross function team on cost leadership activitities including cost engineering both design/production engineering benchmarking target cost setting VAVE etc to support company business development with profitable growth

2、Manage the identification of design and process changes related to Value Analysis / Value Engineering、 Apply a variety of product design material and process technologies

3、Evaluate cost reduction and product improvement ideas with respect to technical feasibility financial benefit and customer acceptance

4、Ensure close cooperation with internal and external groups including Engineering Purchasing Manufacturing PM Suppliers (and customers)

5、Produce business cases for thoroughly and cross-functionally evaluated VAVE-changes and submit for approval by senior management

6、Participate in the coordination of engineering changes tooling and process modifications testing PPAP customer approval and manufacturing launch

7、Provide updates/presentations to management
