岗位名称：前处理电泳生产作业员
岗位要求：男性，22～35岁。大专以上学历、化学专业，有相关工作经验者优先。
招聘人数：6人
工作时间：每周5天×8小时工作制。如需加班，按国家规定支付加班费。
工资水平：
1、 基本工资1500元/月，全勤奖100元。
2、 第二年起每年调整一次工资，幅度200-800元（年度考评“称职”以上）。
3、 年终奖2月工资。
4、 加班费计算方法：法定日：1100/21.5*3；休息日：1100/21.5*2；延时加班：1100/21.5*1.5。
5、 津贴：中班10元/班，夜班15元/班。
福利：
6、 按国家规定购买社会保险（五险一金）。
7、 交通补贴100元/月，伙食补贴15元/天，通讯补贴80元/月。
8、 年节费：端午200元，中秋200元，春节400元。
9、 发放高温补贴150元/月*3个月，防寒费100元/月*3个月
住宿：公司免费提供住宿（1-2人/间）
每月14日准时发放工资。
